Shipping & Delivery
We ship typically with FedEx. We also use UPS and Spee Dee for parcel shipments. We also use LTL if the order is large enough. We’ll communicate the details of the shipment via email and tracking information will be displayed in the details of each order.
There are many ways to order our products. You can order directly on our website (www.b4brands.com). You can also click on the “Locate a Distributor” link on every product page to work with any of our valuable distributors. You can also contact us directly by phone or email and we will be happy to set up an account for you to accept orders by purchase order, fax, or email (pending credit approval). We offer special pricing and terms to customers that are looking for long-term pricing and supply (National Accounts or GSA).
When you place an order, you will receive an email indicating that the product has shipped. Tracking information should be available on the email. If you created an account when you placed the order, you can simply log into your account, click on “View Order” from the Recent Orders area and navigate to the tracking information. If you did not create an account when you ordered, simply send us an email at email@example.com or call 888-667-6066.
